The mojoe blog explores the best that outdoor cooking has to offer using the best and most versatile camp grill in the world. We'll cover Mojoe Grill techniques for campfire grilling, kettle style grilling and propane stove top grilling. Being outdoors never tasted so good.

"Camp Mojoe" in Utah's Escalante Staircase

In the Fall of 2013, Mojoe Outfitters went on a 4x4 camping trip the amazing Escalante Staircase National Monument.  We found an incredible campsite tucked into a rock alcove near the site of some exposed dinosaur footprints.  We promptly dubbed the site "Camp Mojoe" and set about making camp.  We used the Mojoe Griddle almost exclusively to cook all of our gourmet meals including a pizza cooked right over our campfire!  (see our Homepage for our pizza baking video).  We spent six glorious days in Utah's outback exploring the area by foot and four wheeling. Oh, and we ate well and didn't run out of beer!
